These terms apply to auto repair shops ("you") that use Speed to Lead ("we", "us"), an AI phone assistant that calls the leads from your website form and books appointments in your calendar.
What the service does
We call people who submitted your form, answer their questions with the information you give us (shops, hours, prices and frequent questions) and book appointments in the Google Calendar you connect. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate.
Your responsibility
You must collect prior express written consent from each person before their information is sent to us, including consent to receive calls made with artificial intelligence or automated technology, as required by the TCPA and state laws. We only call during allowed hours, check do-not-call lists when enabled, and stop calling anyone who asks us to.
Calendar
Connecting a calendar is optional. We only check when it is busy and add the appointments the assistant books. You can disconnect it at any time. See our Privacy policy.
No guarantees
The assistant gives estimates only when you provide them and never promises prices, diagnoses or results. We do not promise a number of bookings. The service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for missed calls, appointments or decisions made from information you supplied.
Ending the service
Either side can end it with written notice. We may suspend accounts that misuse it or break calling laws.
